For over 30 years I've built my career in publishing between Spain and the United Kingdom, working as an editor, writer and in marketing and communications. Writing, reading and illustration have always been an essential part of my life.
After a period of deep change, yoga stopped being just a practice and became a space of listening, regulation and transformation.
I trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram and Yin Yoga, as well as Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yoga & Ayurveda. In how I teach I integrate these disciplines from a conscious, adaptable lens, always centring the person and their moment.
In my sessions I create a held, accessible and unhurried space, beginning with close guidance that helps you discover yourself, and gradually opening the space for you to learn to inhabit yourself on your own. A place to come back to the body, regulate the nervous system and practice at your own pace.
I currently combine teaching yoga in studios and companies with my editorial work and my ongoing connection to writing and drawing.
