This practice is designed to support you through stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions or physical and emotional health processes. Through breath, conscious movement and pause, we work to regulate the nervous system, recover balance and reconnect with yourself from a kind, safe place. Each session adapts to what you're going through and can complement existing therapeutic or medical processes.
